Does your furniture cost less on the internet than your shop?
Yes by purchasing over the Internet, you are effectively making a purchase without involving our showroom staff. However you are still more than welcome to visit our showroom or contact our sales staff by email or telephone if you need assistance.

Isn't it risky to buy such a large priced item via Mail Order?
No not at all. You can order with confidence, in the knowledge that you have 7 days within which to claim a full refund See: Terms and Conditions (minus delivery and collection) on our standard products if for any reason you're not absolutely delighted with your purchase.
Can I see the furniture before purchase?
We have showrooms at Little Swailes Green Farm, Swailes Green, Robertsbridge, East Sussex , TN32 5QU where you are more than welcome to come and see a selection of our products on display.

How long will delivery take?
This is dependent on delivery destination, but you can expect to receive your order within 4-6 weeks (except our French Collection). UK deliveries can often be delivered sooner.
Do you charge for delivery?
We only ask you to contribute £60 towards the delivery of your furniture by our 2 man delivery team, no matter how many items you buy. This is obviously heavily subsidised by Country Ways Oak and makes buying your furniture from us cheaper for you.
Do you deliver abroad?
Yes, we supply worldwide and delivery is charged at cost. Please call for a quote to deliver to your destination outside the UK .
Is it safe to buy from Country Ways Oak over the Internet?
All our payments are processed by Secure Trading for Lloyds bank Cardnet and they process approximately 1 in 2 online transactions in the UK . The process is absolutely secure.Our secure-server software encrypts all your personal information including credit or debit card number and name and address.
Can I buy without having to do it over the internet?

When is my card charged?
Your card will be charged the full amount in order to process your order.
Do you use solid oak?
Absolutely, we do not use veneers on any part of our furniture.
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes
Do you supply to trade?
